Kristal Herkül Manual Tile Cutter 935mm with Motor, Laser and Stand is a professional-grade ceramic tile cutting machine designed for powerful performance, high precision, and stable operation. Developed for professional craftsmen and demanding construction environments, this advanced model combines motor-assisted cutting, laser-guided alignment, and a foldable stand system to deliver maximum efficiency and cutting accuracy.

This machine was specially developed to cut tiles with rough or hard surfaces where traditional manual cutting methods may be insufficient. A round-section steel bar placed at the center of the machine allows tiles to break more easily and smoothly after scoring, improving the overall cutting process.

The specially designed adjustable miter square allows tiles to be cut at the desired angle with excellent stability. Support wires attached to both sides of the machine help keep tiles balanced and prevent movement during cutting. The zero-play bearing arm mechanism provides vibration-free scoring and flawless cutting performance, while the bearing carriage moves smoothly on a durable 40×15 mm steel bar for long-lasting professional use.

The cutter features a dual breaker system with plastic-coated tips that protect tile surfaces during the breaking process. A magnet mounted on the small breaker keeps it suspended during scoring, improving ease of use and preventing unwanted marks on the tile surface. 

Powered by a 750 W motor, the machine provides strong cutting performance for demanding applications. The motor unit uses a Ø115 mm turbo blade, and the cutting depth can be quickly adjusted using the handle on the motor assembly.

The integrated laser guide system increases cutting precision by projecting the breaking line directly onto the tile surface before scoring. The direction of the laser beam can be adjusted using screws located next to the laser module, and the laser module operates with two AA batteries for convenient job-site use.

Thanks to its foldable shock-absorbing legs, cutting operations can be performed at a comfortable working height without the need for an additional table. The side tables that can be mounted on both sides of the machine provide additional support for large tiles, transforming the cutter into a practical professional tile cutting workstation.
