Kristal Herkül Ekstra Manual Tile Cutter 1600mm is a professional-grade tile cutting machine designed for high-precision, smooth, and reliable ceramic cutting applications. Developed for professional craftsmen, this model provides stable and consistent cutting performance thanks to its advanced carriage system and robust body structure.
The most distinctive feature of the Herkül Ekstra series is the gas shock absorbers integrated into the carriage assembly. This system applies constant pressure on the cutting wheel, ensuring smoother scoring, improved cutting control, and more consistent results during operation.
To make tile breaking easier and more controlled, the machine is equipped with a central round-section steel rail that supports the tile during the breaking process. The specially designed adjustable miter square enables precise angled and diagonal cuts while maintaining excellent stability.
For improved balance and control, support wires mounted on both sides of the machine help keep tiles firmly in place and prevent unwanted movement during cutting. The zero-play bearing arm mechanism ensures vibration-free scoring and perfectly aligned cuts, while the bearing carriage moves smoothly on a durable 40 × 15 mm steel rail, providing outstanding strength and long service life.
The cutter also features a magnetic breaker system, where a magnet mounted on the breaker keeps it suspended during scoring. This improves usability and prevents unwanted contact with the tile surface while marking the cutting line.
